The Resilient Agricultural Futures (RAF) program is focused on responding to major trends and developing innovative solutions for current and future agricultural challenges.

The program aims to support long-term regional resilience, sustainability, food security and profitability across Western Australia’s agricultural sector.

The RAF Interim Research Priorities framework has been developed to identify priority research directions grounded in stakeholder consultation, foresight analysis and an appreciation of WA’s diverse farming systems.

The framework is guided by the WAARC Strategic Plan and aligns with WA Government priorities, industry needs and national efforts towards sustainable and climate-resilient agricultural systems.
